After 'update'ing the context menu, the on click callback function trigger missing

If the context menu is updated using the .contextMenu('update',menu) function, the click event handlers for the menus dont get the trigger and menu attributes in the pData parameter.

I'm willing to take a look at the code and fix it. Is there any documentation on the code? Like how the context menu is bound to the triggering element? If I get that I can take a look at the code else I'll have to spend a lot of time trying to understand the code.
