It would be great to be able to change the texture or mesh on an object in a deployed build by adding a new one in the Unity Editor and then have Sidekick send it through the network and assign it to a field such as a MeshFilter. If you're working in VR for example you could swap out a new mesh with one you just built in a modelling tool without doing a new build. This would be particularly handy for artists.
