Issues on running the project

I'm researching about Table Structure Recognition, and this project seems to be one of the most promissing ones according to it's results and approach. But I can't run the model, as it seems some dependecies are very outdated and even one of the needed checkpoints (https://github.com/sachinraja13/TabStructNet/blob/master/trained_model/tab/annotations/note.txt) can't be found anymore.

There's any tips on where and what environment should I try to run the model, or where can I find the missing files?

BTW, great work on this novel approach for Table Structure Recognition!
