Resource exhausted while trying on gpu and cpu of 16GB ram

i am trying to run evaluation to check inference trying both the cpu and gpu gets resource exhausted what is the ideal configuration to run this.

The evaluation has been tested on a 16GB Macbook Pro. Please avoid using GPU during evaluation if the GPU memory is less than 12GB.
