Assalamualaikum, Iam Muhammad Nurul Fahmi form one of the university in Indonesia

i have a problem when i running this module
why i can't change the lattitude and longitude of the station in station. dat ? and why i can't change TRANS_LAT and TRANS_LONG in nlloc.dat ?
if i change them i've got an error running in terminal, in terminall written "IndexError: too many indices for array"
How i can fix this sir ?
