Incorrect handling of prized vertices and terminal vertices in PCST implementation

@martingarridorc reported an issue with rooted, directed PCST where prized nodes where forced to be included, as terminals from steiner trees, since the refactored version of PCST extends from Steiner. Add tests to verify that the bug is fixed
