Print out stdout content in doctest when there is an exception

as in the title. Currently stdout is swallowed.

This leads to

• deprecation warning being swallowed e.g. https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/41007/files
• failures harder to debug e.g. Remove sage_conf from sage-the-distro #40882
