Users must be able to choose when to receive notifications for favorited contests. Currently notifications are scheduled at arbitrary times which the user has no control over.
Users
This will impact users who prefer to receive notifications as per their preferences. Some like to receive them only a while before the contest start time, whereas others might prefer to receive them more in advance.
Additional Context
We need to ensure that the new UI introduced for this follows the material 3 spec.
