Idea: Have the the Destroyer prop (USS Liberty from the Jets DLC) placed randomly on the map. Put the turret "Mk41 VLS" (a cruise missile launcher) ontop of the destroyer. The launcher can be accessed via UAV terminal (only NATO terminal?) and can basically attack any laser marked target anywhere on the map (Note: the launcher features HE- and Cluster-missile ammo types. Switching between the types takes a long time).
The launcher could be set on infinite ammo so there's no need to get aboard the ship and reload it. In-game I'd suggest an tent-option to buy e.g.: 30 seconds of access to the launcher for like 30k$.
P.S.: Theres also plenty of other remote controlled turrets in-game which could be used for multiple purposes e.g.: Mk45 Hammer (works like an artillery and features the artillery computer) or a variety of AA-systems
