Theme Icons too large #526

PR #514 changed icons and introduced the following issue:
In the Settings entries list, the icon appears too wide, pushing the Patchmanager name to the right and thus not aligning with the rest of the Settings entries in the list.
Normally we would correct for that in QML specifying the size explicitly, but in this case this is not controlled by us as in the .json file we can only specify file name, not dimensions.
It follows that the .png files from ./src/icons/icon-m-patchmanager.svg via sailfish_svg2png called after config in src/icons/icons.pro are too large to be an icon-m-foo.
And indeed, the old icon template now in ./.icons/old/icon-m-patchmanager2.svg has a size of 64x64 pixels, while the updated one causing the problem has 86x86.
Now I am not sure the source size is what causes the issue, it could be the invisible border between the "page size" of the image and the actual content is the reason.
