Run cotire from a different directory #171
Description
Currently, it seems that cotire must be run from a different directory. It would be nice to run cotire as a final step in the CMake process (i.e. at the end of the root CMakeLists.txt) as a potential solution to #160 (see my comment on that issue).
If #160 can't be addressed in another manner, this solution would be especially useful now that CMake 3.13.0 supports target_link_libraries calls from different working directories.
