Dependency on old package policykit-1 #8

I'm new to linux so this could be a user error as well...
Running Kubuntu 25.10, fairly new installation

sudo apt install ./ryzen-master-commander_1.2.0.deb

Note, selecting 'ryzen-master-commander' instead of './ryzen-master-commander_1.2.0.deb'
Solving dependencies... Error!
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Unsatisfied dependencies:
 ryzen-master-commander : Depends: python3-pyqtgraph but it is not going to be installed
                          Depends: policykit-1 but it is not installable
