Integration and dependencies with other googleAuthR derivatives

I'm making this issue to keep track of how this package will integrate with the other split-offs from googleAuthR.

• gargle will take care of auth and API functions Investigate Google package auth as outlined by gargle package article #2
• The batching/caching/paging I'm working on locally, refactoring in googleAuthR first (e.g. MarkEdmondson1234/googleAuthR@00aad98) - will aim to make it compatible with gargle functions, may/may not need a pull request with gargle to help
