On NPM, there is v1.3.0, whereas GitHub only has v1.2.0 #34

Where is this inconsistency coming from, that on NPM, there is v1.3.0, whereas GitHub only has the maximum tag v1.2.0?
Also, as a side note, the typescript types are not up to date with the actual progress object (for example, progress is missing) – is this project still maintained enough that you would accept a PR?
