Allow block shortcodes to be nested with indenting

Blocks might be able to be nested by the inner ones being indented in a similar way to lists, e.g.:

Start of doc.

Start of a quotation.

    {{{right-align
    This is a nested block, right aligned.
    }}}

End of outer block.
}}}

End of doc.
