Reduce RMP Search Space #152
Description
Currently, our RMP search looks for instructor names across various campuses. While this is holistic, it also grows substantially as more professors are added.
Since we keep the link to the RMP entry for instructors, we should be able to generate a query targeting this piece of info rather than performing a search across all campuses.
