What steps will reproduce the problem?
require("upsRate.php");
$myRate = new upsRate('accessnumber','username','password','shippernumber');
echo $myRate->getRate('fromzip','tozip',"service",length,width,height,weight);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
die error:"Please set your credentials with the setCredentials function"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I corrected it by:
$myRate = new upsRate;
$myRate->setCredentials('accessnumber','username','password','shippernumber');
echo $myRate->getRate('fromzip','tozip',"service",length,width,height,weight);
