No error information is retrieved from UPS #9
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloded all the files
2. Created website in my server
3. executed the tests/rates/test_rates.php paeg and I get the following
error:
UPS Rate Test
Rate
There was an error and UPS said, ''.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2 , Windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.
The same error when I use test server or production.
