Sansmic - exaggerating with depth #130

Summary
Good afternoon David et al, my name is James Carmichael. I am working on using sansmic - simulating the solution mining of a brine well (from scratch. raw bore-hole) and comparing that to a sonar data set from an established ~5yr brine cavern still continuing to be dissolved.

The sonar shows a ~1400ft tall, 75ft width cavity space; however, the from scratch simulated response is more bell-shaped - overly exaggerated nearer the point-of-injection.

I was interest in hearing suggestions on what might need to be altered to resolve this issues and more closely match the sonar? Please let me know if other parameters would be necessary to know - I recognize these two caverns would be different depths but I am assuming similar solution reponse.
