The resistors are just for the RGB LED. The higher you go the dimmer the LED will shine. 270 Ohm will barely make a difference, so you're good there. |

Thanks Sanni for the quick answer. I assume there's a line for the red, one for the green and one for the blue. Or am I totaly wrong? If I'm right, would it arm anything to use slightly different resistors? Like one 200 ohm, on 250 ohm and one 270 ohm for exemple? |

Yes, each color gets their own resistor. You can also use different resistors, for example if you want to tweak the brightness of each color to be exactly the same as the others. |

I want to build another HW3 for a friend. I have all the components except for the 220 ohm resitors.
I'm quite sure of the answer but would it be ok to use 270 ohm resitors instead? I have some left and it could spare me to order a hundred of 220 ohm resitors to only use three of them.
