Tags are not created automatically

Hi,
thanks for your work on the plugin! However, I have some troubles using it properly. My tags are only recognized if they already exist prior to writing a sentence / block. I assume this is not the intended behavior. Please tell me if I can provide additional debugging data (e.g. JS) to check the origin of the problem. Or is it just misconfiguration?

I believe this plugin exclusively builds off #tags. if there is a need, I think #[[Complex tag]] maybe a way to seed what you want. I'm still learning myself though so ymmv.
