Provide alert if "fixation" is too long #16
Description
On Desktop the accuracy is too big and bigger than the accepted limit (35 ou 45). If geolocation returns 50 user will be blocked on the button "fixing..." and can't do anything else.
I have to add a timer et alert box. User will choose to start (the accuracy won't be good) , to wait or to go back to the "homepage".
