SPIKE: Explore use of Kotlin/JS

Kotlin can be compiled using not only JVM, but also JavaScript. This allows the use for JavaScript packages while still being able to write in Kotlin. Kotlin/JS, short for Kotlin for JavaScript, is what I'm describing. With not being as familiar to JavaScript, and wanting to continue exploring Kotlin, there could be a possible win-win scenario if it is possible to re-write project-bot using Kotlin/JS.
