As a stubserver consumer I want to be able to adjust stub responses during runtime

Acceptance criteria:

given that the stubserver is running with a stub defined at endpoint "statefullstub"
when I do a HTTP POST to .../castalia/manager/stubs/responses with a payload containing the stub endpoint {stubEndpoint} a stub response with id {statefullStubId}
then that stub response should be the response after I do a HTTP GET to o .../castalia/stubs/stubEndpoint/{statefullStubId}

POST needs to go to the manager port. M
Body: content like in our json files, including the endpoint parameter. Support needed for all current elements in the response (multiple ids, delay and response body).
