Bug for responsive cloud images when in lazy owl carousel not running #34

hey @pfranck ,
- When ciResponsive.process(); processed more than 1 time on 1 page, there is a problem with lazy or the image doesn't appear so it needs to be excluded.
- When excluded all the images appear, but on lazy it doesn't work.
- When in one page first load, already got ci-bg-url / ciResponsive.process(); the carousel brings the lazy it doesn't work.
- When it first loads, it doesn't get ci-bg-url / ciResponsive.process(); for example on the carousel one page, it can run lazy.
Please provide an example implementation on the carousel so it doesn't break. and one more thing maybe there is a need to build a js cloud image as on the CDN we had difficulty implementing it when following your documentation. Thank you
