IRosetta Installation - cannot locate pyrosetta ?

Hi Guys
I am using Ubuntu 16 LTS. Installed PyRosetta successfullly.
But during Installation InteractiveRosetta cannot locate Pyrosetta - at /usr/local/PyRosetta -
Can anybody let me know what am I missing here.. ?

At a quick glance, I see you're using PyRosetta 4 and python 3. Currently, InteractiveRosetta only works on PyRosetta 3 and python 2.7. There should be a link to download the older version of PyRosetta on their download page. I hope that helps, Benjamin

It is installed. now having some dependency issues -
sudo python InteractiveROSETTA.py
Found INDEL executable

(InteractiveROSETTA.py:5802): IBUS-WARNING **: The owner of /home/luck/.config/ibus/bus is not root!
Rosetta could not be imported. Attempting to locate the PyRosetta install. Please be patient...

So, it looks like it's looking for data/residues.pdb in the wrong directory. For now, let's copy these over manually. First, open the folder ~/.InteractiveROSETTA/data in your file browser. You may have to enter Ctrl+h to make the hidden directory .InteractiveROSETTA visible. Then, copy the contents from /usr/local/InteractiveROSETTA/data to ~/.InteractiveROSETTA/data and everything should work.

Thanks for the help Benjamin. I won't be able to try this for next couple of weeks. Will post back if unable to get it going.
