Make Cleanly-Backend Server configurable in App

I do not want to demand of everyone that wants to host the cleanly-server for themselves to also build the Android/iOS-Apps themselves.

The reason they would need to do this is, that the backend-url is not selectable/configurable in the app. It is hardcoded.
