Hello everyone, and welcome to the official community forum for OpenCE (Open Context Engineering)!

Our Story

This project began its life as ACE-open, a humble reproduction of the Agentic Context Engineering paper. We were blown away when the community rallied behind it, growing it to 300+ stars!

That incredible momentum and all your valuable feedback (in Issues and PRs) sent a clear message: the community doesn't just need one paper's implementation. We need a robust, standardized, and community-driven Toolkit for all of Context Engineering.

And so, OpenCE was born.

Our mission is to build the definitive open-source library to help developers and researchers implement, evaluate, and combine cutting-edge CE techniques (like RAG, ACE, context compression, and more).

What This Space is For

This Discussions forum is our new "town square." It's a place for all of us to collaborate, ask questions, and share ideas.

We've set up a few categories to get us started:
