Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0

Hi,

I got this error in the last step to set up the environment.

Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

But I can find Microsoft Visual C++ 14.25 and 14.29 in my apps list. Any advice?
