Looking at the ENV setup here, there's no sign of the ANTS_AFFINE_SYN variable

HI @gdevenyi ! Very sorry for the confusion, the dependency is available right now in scilus/scilus:dev. I will get integrated in future versions of the container, once a new version of scilpy gets released.

I just updated it. It should now contain it.

Now I get

I know I chmod +x in the container install...

It looks like its missing a+r...

Also the creation date is all messed...

I just pushed a version of dev with the permission fix. I'll check what I can do about the date, I don't think we set timezones in the container

Trying to figure out. Is this my fault for using the ADD function with a URL instead of downloading with curl? So curious.

I know ADD manages permissions when the link is a .git repository, but not for web links. It might be bound then to the build context and permissions on the builder filesystem.

In any case, the instruction is changing a lot right now (in the latest dockerfile specs). FYI, we always try to use the most up-to-date version of the specs, so there might be some features that are a bit unstable still or different from what you are used to.
