Filename with -resume nextflow #40
Description
Handle output file names when using the -resume option with different parameters.
Find a way to add a "label" such as a suffix or hash ... to rename files that are modified when one or more parameters are changed.
For example, if you want to run a PFT_Tracking with different steps and/or seed parameters. You don't want the output file prefix_pft_tracking.trk to be overwritten.
