Could we add a recursive search switch?

Would be nice to be able to do a undefend node_modules -r from cwd that can search recursively down the tree, so if you run it from say C:\src and you have all your repos in there it'll pick all the node_modules directory in there up and prompt to exclude en-masse. I can prob give this a go if you're busy and keen to proceed.

I was able to achieve the desired result (sort of) with the following powershell script, but it requires me to say Y and accept the windows prompt all every time. Would be great to have this built-in here so it's a better UX.

Hey, sorry I've been sick for a few weeks.

Having a recursive search switch seems reasonable to me.

Not as sure about having a list of 'usual cultprits'.. Telling the user that "these are folders that shouldn't be protected" feels a bit risky when those folders contain arbitrary executables downloaded off the internet. But maybe it could work with a proper warning.

Also you should be able to build a list of paths in your powershell script and pass them all to undefender at once instead of running it once per folder, like this:

You're probably right about reasonable culprits, unless it was behind a warning with an accept prompt.

That's awesome, don't know why I didn't think of that haha. But yea, would still be great to have a -r or some recurse flag that finds top-level node_modules folders under your C:\src (or whatever passed) root.
