integrate the historic schedule into the main spreadsheet

• change name of 'contacts' spreadsheet to represent it as the main container for a roulette instance
• update function to generate a clean starting point (provide option to generate fake names, or fill with 'person 1', assistant 1 etc
• update save function to save the schedule to the new settings excel
• update the load function to load everything from the new setting excel
