This branch is prepared for the 02xx upgrading of scroll-zkevm:

• Integrated hash circuit scroll-dev-0201 :
  • extend the internal hash table
  • update the filling / connection of internal hash table
• purpose a fixing on the initial value of codehash for non-exist node for bus-mapping
• (if possible) prepare a switchable feature for dual code-hash purpose
