Issue
On formal grounds, the buyer (or seller) may not be comfortable to communicate with the seller (or buyer) on messaging channels like whatsapp/messenger etc. For this, a chat interface can be added for safe communication and transaction. An example can be taken from OLX website.
Prerequisite
This feature needs authentication of the seller. It can be done separately for sellers only, rather than for anyone who opens the website.
Additional feature requested
Addition of phone number of some SDG developer for easy contacting in case of emergency/requirement.
