* Regarding version bump: v0.1 was a testing release due to the merging
of SDPA-GMP 7.1.3 and SDPA 7.3.16 code.
After addition of the ability to be used as libsdpa_gmp, it is at par
with the main SDPA package by functionality. Since semantic versioning
follows major.minor.patch syntax (and major.minor components are
concerned with API and functionality), we will bump the version number
to 7.3.0 to match major.minor of the current SDPA 7.3.17.

This was due to passing 0.0 to double log10().
It happens when the "digits" of sdpa_io.cpp is very small
so that it becomes zero when converted to double from mpf_class.
