1. Install Lutris via App store
2. From https://lutris.net/games/affinity-studio/ click install
3. wait....
4. And then I get the error

I had the same issue, use this yaml installer

[Gamedirection]

Zorin OS before 20 has had a ton of issues due to outdated wine packages. Once updated to 20 it works as well as ubuntu from my testing.
