Newbie help on Pi 5 install

Hi I've tried to install this software using the instructions on Pimylifeup. I'm running a Pi 5 on Bookworm.

The config php files all seem to have been corrupted so I'm trying to copy across the files in the config folder on Github instead. I can't seem to do this - either I get a directory doesn't exist message if I use sudo cp or if I switch to the downloads folder I get a permission denied message.

At this stage I'm thinking it may be bext to uninstall it completely and start again.

Please could anyone help me with info on how to properly uninstall this?
