Use HTML entities instead of unicode chars

Since this library is designed for HTML docs, wouldn't it make more sense to replace straight quotes with their corresponding curly HTML entities?

Hmm, problem is though that since it replaces the text after the document has loaded, if I get the script to replace text with HTML entities, they're displayed literally like “.

Blerg - yeah I ran into that problem too. I think there's a way around it with escaping — but maybe i'm making a big deal over nothing.

It's actually not important to add HTML entities. Once the document is loaded, the browser doesn't deal in entities anymore since they've already been converted.

Anyway, really like the idea of this script!
