Integrate Brave Shields type adblock

I understand Trivalent already has a adblock method similar to Vanadium. GrapheneOS has considered implementing integrating Brave Shields ad- and trackerblocking technology into Vanadium to improve privacy and security. This improves security because Brave Shields is less easy to be detected, so the adblock needs to be disabled less frequent. And Brave Shields can block more type of elements/requests, it is almost as good as uBlock Origin which minimizes the chance of users loading/clicking malicious stuff.

Remove tracking parameters from URL's (when sharing or opening links) would decrease the amount of data that websites could gather. This could be optional, similar to how Brave allows users to copy the 'clean link' or the 'cleaned link'. Or it could be a toggleable setting.
