Spotted when deleting items in the console, and reproduced when deleting through normal means:

ib/seek/destroy_handling.rb:14:in `respond_to_destruction'
Could not log "request.rsolr" event. NameError: uninitialized constant Sunspot::Rails::LogSubscriber::BOLD

most likely will be related to the rails 7 upgrade and upgrade to the sunspot gem
EDIT: I've also seen this on a SEEK 1.16 related sandbox, so not related to the upgrades
