Cannot install using pip #2
Description
On Python 2.7.10 64 bit, using Windows 10 64bit, and Visual C++ for Python. Typing pip install leven doesn't work. extracting the folder and running python setup.py install also doesn't work. Error message: http://pastebin.com/jt2wWV8S
