AI Agent Solana Program Verification Support

Add support for AI agents to verify Solana programs using their wallet to sign off solana-verify PDAs, enabling automated verification of program deployments.

AI agents should be able to:

• Take a GitHub repository and program ID as input
• Use their Solana wallet to sign verification PDAs
• Complete the verification process automatically
• Return the PDA address of the successful verification
