Publish 1.1.10 to npm?

Thanks for the great library and service!

It looks like the latest code in this repo has version number 1.1.10, but the latest published version on npm is still 1.1.9. And I don't think I can trivially just point my dependencies at the GitHub repo, since the package.json references a dist folder that's not checked in (and doesn't have any lifecycle script for generating it):
