Data object prototype for sensorimotor data

Create a dataset for the sensorimotor data according to the specifications in README.md and write a prototype for the data object:

• Poseblock that linearly interpolates between pose frames and deals with missing keypoints
• Spikeblock that bins spikes at a particular framerate so dat[t] would give you all the spikes between t and t+1.

Based on comment from @oliveira-caio - I close this issue

my take is that my dataset consists of:
* poses, which are just sequences and we don't need this "poseblock" anymore.
* spikes - WIP
* trial information, which is the new time intervals modality.
so, everything is already partially implemented and 
i just need to define what each modality is in a config file or whatever, 
which is project specific imo.
