I cannot start the service

It seems that library libboost_system.so.1.67.0 is missing..

I've tried several manner to solve this:
$ sudo apt install libboost-all-dev
-> still the error
$ ln -s usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libboost_system.so.1.74.0 usr/lib/libboost_system.so.1.67.0
-> still the error

Please provide a turnaround.. thanks!
