Allow Tower to send a message to the agent #27
Description
The message can be:
- INFO: agent just show the message as a log info.
- WARN: agent just shows the message as a log warning.
- ERROR: agent just shows the message and exits.
This mechanism can be used in a future to force/alert the users to update the agent.
