Elapsed time for data-links upload

I'm using `tw data-links` to upload data to Seqera Compute S3 buckets. Right now `tw` reports transfer speed in KiBs and ETA. I believe it would be useful and hopefully simple to add elapsed time either during and/or after the upload (particularly important for big files). Probably the same applies to download but I have not used that yet.
