Show training cost and time in the Crew menu #24
Description
Currently it just has a button with the name of the Kerbal and a button to train them. This does not tell the player how much it'll cost and how much time it'll need.
solutions:
- An indicator next to it that says something like "30000, 90d"
- An information display when you hover over the Train hutton
