Custom radio button does not get selected when custom pct ET is touched

To reproduce:
1. Launch app
2. Enter a bill amount (optional step)
3. Touch editable text fld for custom percentage
            The soft keyboard is displayed, but Custom rBtn is not selected

Note: Touch the same field again. Now the radio button gets selected.
